Eligibility
The minimum qualification for admission to the three year LL.B. course shall be a Graduation with minimum 45% of marks in any faculty from a recognized University. The above percentage of marks shall be relaxed by 5% for the candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.

Attendance:
As per provisions of Ordinance and Rules of the University 75% attendance in the lectures is compulsory. If the students attendance is short from the required attendance, he/she may not be allowed to appear for University Examinations.
Preliminary Examination:
The College conducts Preliminary Examination at the end of every semester. It is compulsory for the students to appear for all the papers and score at least minimum marks prescribed by the College. If any student fails to appear for any of the paper or declared fail, he/she will not be allowed to appear for the University Examination.
Rules about Practical Training Papers:
No candidate will be admitted and allowed to appear at the examinations to be conducted at the end of the second, fourth and sixth semesters of 3 year LL.B. course unless he/she has successfully passed the examination in practical training papers for the respective semesters to be conducted by the respective colleges affiliated to the University of Mumbai on behalf of the University, with minimum of 45% of the marks.
