She has 22 years of experience as a full-time teacher in the subject of Law at graduate, post-graduate and M.Phil. levels. She is also a recognised Ph.D. guide at the University of Mumbai. She is a former BOS member in Law at the University of Mumbai. She has co-authored two books and also published two edited books. She published more than 40 research articles in reputed journals and presented papers in many seminars and conferences.
He has obtained his B.A., LL.B., LL.M., Ph. D. degrees from University of Mumbai. He has fifteen years teaching experience in various subjects of laws. In these thirteen years as approved teaching from University of Mumbai and five years PG department of Law (LL.M.) from University of Mumbai. Before coming to teaching profession, he practiced as an advocate before various courts of law including High court of Bombay, City civil and sessions court, Metropolitan Magistrate court, DRT, Cooperative court, Mantralaya etc.
She has more than 14 years in teaching field in various institutions & more than 10 years’ experience at G.J. Advani Law College, Mumbai. She also has two years’ experience of teaching at PG level in Mumbai University. She teaches Labour Laws, Family Laws, Laws relating to Women and Children, International Law & Human Rights, Professional Ethics, Legal History, Constitutional Law, Law of Contract, Business Laws for the students of C.A. & C.S. She has attended and presented research papers in various seminars, conferences and published more than 10 research papers in various publications including International Journals.
He is having experience of more than ten years in teaching field. He taught various subjects like Law of Torts, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Law of Contract, Law of Evidence, Civil Procedure Code and Law of Limitation, Law of Jurisprudence, Law of Taxation etc. He was awarded with Ph.D. in Law from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati. He has published more than 21 research papers in various publications including International Journal.
She has 6 years of diverse experience in the legal field. Graduated from National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi in 2012, she started her career as a Law Clerk cum Research Assistant with the Supreme Court of India, where she worked for two years. Later, she practiced in Trial Courts for a year. On completion of her LL.M. from Azim Premji University, Bangalore, she started her academic career. Areas of academic interest: Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law and Property Law.
Ms. Bushra Quasmi is alumnus of Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia. She finished her B.A. LL.B. hons programme in 2013 with first class. She completed her LL.M in Banking and Finance Law from National Law University (NLU), Jodhpur in 2015. She cleared UGC NET exam in 2016. She started her career in academics at Damodaram Sanjivyya National Law University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and has three years plus experience teaching at LL.B. level. She is currently teaching Tort Law, Environmental Law and Banking Law at G.J. Advani Law College.
She is dedicated and compassionate academician having a teaching experience of 13 years. Her area of interest is Interpretation of Statute, Jurisprudence, Public International Law, Women and Child laws, Hindu Law etc. Committed to the field of research and development she encourages students to do research in the field of Law. She has more than 10 years of professional experience of managing the Library at various academic institutions in India. She completed her B.L.I.Sc. and M.L.I.Sc. from Dibrugarh University, Assam and awarded with M.Phil. in Library & Information Science with ‘Outstanding’ grade by Mizoram University (‘A’ Grade in NAAC), Aizawl. She cleared her UGC NET and also awarded with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). She was awarded with Ph.D. by Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai for her research on title “Scholarly Communication through Institutional Repositories in Academic and Research Institutions in India”.
