LL.B. (3 years) Degree Course
The College offers a 3-year degree course. The course
consists of six semesters per year. On the successful
completion of the 3-year course, the student is eligible for
the LL.B. degree awarded by the University of Mumbai. If a
student desires to pursue the study of law for the sake of
pure knowledge but does not wish to practice as an advocate,
he is eligible for the LL.B. (General) Degree at the end of
the 2nd year of 3-year LL.B. Course.

Eligibility for Admission to the First Year
A candidate passing the MH-CET examination and the Graduation Examination of the Mumbai University, in any faculty with minimum 45% marks or a corresponding degree examination of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto by Mumbai University with the minimum prescribed marks is eligible for admission to the First Year LL.B.

Attendance:
As per provisions of Ordinance and Rules of the University 75% attendance in the lectures is compulsory. If the students attendance is short from the required attendance, he/she may not be allowed to appear for University Examinations.
Preliminary Examination:
The College conducts Preliminary Examination at the end of every semester. It is compulsory for the students to appear for all the papers and score at least minimum marks prescribed by the College. If any student fails to appear for any of the paper or declared fail, he/she will not be allowed to appear for the University Examination.
Rules about Practical Training Papers:
No candidate will be admitted and allowed to appear at the examinations to be conducted at the end of the second, fourth and sixth semesters of 3 year LL.B. course unless he/she has successfully passed the examination in practical training papers for the respective semesters to be conducted by the respective colleges affiliated to the University of Mumbai on behalf of the University, with minimum of 45% of the marks.
